The system provides for purging the data of the data of completed, cancelled or dead projects and the tasks related to such projects. So also the data of converted, cancelled and dead leads and the followup made on them can also be purged. Purging of redundent and unrequired old data makes the server work more effeciently.

There are in all four Roles which employees can perform viz AD, OE, ME or OM meaning ADMIN, Office Employees, Marketing Employees or Office plus Marketing Employees respectively. ADMIN has all the supervisory powers to control and montitor other employees. The Admin can himself may perform the role of OE, ME or OM. He will use the system in his login as Admin only while performing any role.

The Company Management contains the information about the organisation e.g. Name of the Company, Logo, Address etc.
